Peter E. Kratsa Elected President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers

October 11, 2019 – MacElree Harvey, Ltd. is pleased to announce the election of Peter E. Kratsa as President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL). PACDL is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 to provide education and resources to criminal defense lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is the “premier network of leading defense attorneys in the region”.
